Inclusive Sensory Gym | Our gym floor will feature specialized sensory equipment designed to support fine and gross motor development, strength, coordination, and social interaction. Equipment includes swings, climbing structures, a zip slider, a trampoline, crash mats, a designated toddler area, imaginative play stations, and a calming room.
Teen Area | A dedicated space designed just for teens to connect, socialize, and unwind. This area provides a comfortable setting for older kids to build friendships and enjoy age-appropriate activities in a welcoming atmosphere.
Therapy Hub | Designated rooms within our facility may be available for rent and use by local providers. Our goal is to cultivate a supportive environment where families can access valuable community resources in a welcoming, inclusive setting.
The Rock Shop | Our interactive retail space is stocked with developmental toys, sensory tools, and We Rock merchandise that kids love. From fidget toys and puzzles to apparel and keepsakes, The Rock Shop gives families the chance to continue learning, exploring, and having fun at home.
Birthday Parties & Events | Celebrate in style with our spacious party room! Host birthdays, camps, or special events in a safe, inclusive environment where kids can play, explore, and make memories. We also plan to offer seasonal celebrations, themed events, and teen programming.

What Age Ranges Do You Serve?
There is no age limit for children with special needs, while neurotypical children are generally recommended for ages 12 and under. Some gym equipment has weight limits, so please choose options that match your child’s height, weight, and abilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Dave and I are thrilled to open We Rock the Spectrum in Lancaster County, PA, and bring an inclusive, safe, sensory space where children of all abilities- and their families can play, grow, and feel truly celebrated.
Together we have five children and four grandchildren. As parents and grandparents, this mission is deeply personal to us. Our family comprises two educators and a paraprofessional who provides emotional support services. One of our daughters is a dedicated special education teacher with years of experience supporting children on the spectrum. That lived experience, combined with our strong belief in community and connection, fuels everything we do.
I, Christine, bring over 30 years of experience in education and healthcare. From leading teams and improving operations to working directly with families and students, my career has always centered on creating welcoming, supportive environments where people feel seen and cared for. Currently, I serve as Front Office Supervisor at a local Family Medicine Practice in Ephrata, where I help ensure every patient and staff member has a smooth, positive experience each day.
Dave has spent his professional career in technology and innovation, working with several start-up companies designing thermal imaging cameras and advanced electronic systems for the military. His problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit perfectly complement my background in care and community-building.
We have always been active volunteers in our local schools, youth programs, and community initiatives. Raising a larger family taught us the importance of patience, inclusion, and celebrating every child’s unique strengths. We are passionate about building a gym that goes beyond play—it’s a place where families feel supported, children gain confidence, and everyone leaves feeling inspired and empowered.
We can’t wait to welcome our community to We Rock the Spectrum. Whether you’re a child exploring sensory play, a parent connecting with others, or a family simply looking for a fun and accepting space, our goal is simple: to make a meaningful, positive impact and help every person who walks through our doors feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
We Rock the Spectrum provides children with a fun and motivational environment to help them in the areas of strength, movement, sensory processing, communication, positive behavior modification, social interactions, and self-care skills.
At We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym, we provide Play With A Purpose™. Play With A Purpose is exercising and stimulating any of the seven senses through positive physical, emotional, and social development. These senses include sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch, the vestibular system, and proprioception. Our specially designed, sensory-safe equipment and the classes that we offer all encourage these!
